Florida's Madison County Democratic Executive Committee was re-developed in 2017 to give a stronger voice to its rural and historically Democrat-leaning electorate. Whereas good paying jobs, voting rights, equity, quality education, health and childcare have guided this community's concerns for many generations, it is most recently the economy and such human family rights as affordable housing, food security, clean air and water, safety, and a woman's right to privately access reproductive healthcare that have motivated Madisonians.

Precinct Committeepersons are always needed to coordinate and lead volunteers in district and county-wide interactive activities. All events aim to educate and encourage eligible voters to participate in all elections with opportunities to personally meet candidates at all levels throughout the year.
