By law, political parties can accept ONLY those donations that meet the following restrictions:

You must be a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.

Your contribution cannot be made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.

Your contribution cannot be made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor.

The funds you are donating cannot be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

You must be at least 18 years old.

When you make any donation to a political party or campaign, you are confirming that you are in compliance with these requirements.
